Woodturning this incredible one-of-a-kind hybrid burl vase using horse chestnut burl and epoxy resin. Decided to go with transparent resin to allow the beautiful wood to be still visible in the finished project. Little glitter was added to the clear resin to bring some extra spark to the overall look. Sanded to high grit to smooth finish and sprayed with several coats of clear lacquer for extra protection and high gloss premium finish.
There was one air pocket what was filled at later stage but the repair is slightly visible as per the picture. Hence the discounted price.
